At Gizmo Gadgetz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide you with a smooth shopping experience and make sure your purchases meet your expectations. Please review our return policy below to understand how we handle returns and refunds:
Important Notice
Currently, we only accept returns for orders shipped within the US. Orders shipped to customers outside the US are not eligible for our return services at this time.
Orders Shipped to US Customers:
Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags attached and in their original, clear packaging with the SKU label intact.
Please Note: Exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.
Return Window:
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date the tracking shows your package was delivered. Your return must be shipped back to us within 7 days of submitting the return request to qualify for a full refund.
For split package orders, the return window will start from the delivery date of the final package.
Restocking Fees & Non-Qualifying Returns:
If your return does not meet the criteria mentioned above, it may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns that don’t meet our requirements may be declined in full.
Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping:
The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a shipping error or damaged item.
If your item is damaged or was shipped incorrectly, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Processing Your Return:
Once we receive the returned item, please allow 5 to 7 business days for us to process your return. After processing, we’ll send you an email confirming the action taken and whether your refund was approved.
